Simply search online for the best free QR code generator. Paste your unique business link from Dietary Menu and link in to the QR code. We always recommend testing it before sending to print.
We always recommend providing wifi passwords if you have on site wifi. In the unlikely event that no data or wifi is available or a customer doesn't have a smart device, a staff member can bookmark your allergen link on their device and show the customer, or use a company device such as an iPad. Failing that, we recommend always printing a backup copy.
Yes, but think of this as the most important thing to keep up to date. It's a legal requirement to provide allergen information. So whenever you make a menu changes ensure to log into Dietary Menu and update your allergen menus. It can also be used as a central hub for allergen information. For example, if your menus are listed across multiple apps, simply add your Dietary Menu link instead of constantly updating allergen information on each platform.

Subscriptions
Our simple, transparent pricing plans mean that the only difference between each of the plans is the number of locations you have. Each include ALL features. For example, if you are a chain of restaurants that operates 20 locations, you will need a different subscription plan to an independent cafe that only operates a single premises.
No. It has to be the same business type. For example, if you own a Chinese, Indian, Greek and Italian restaurant, they would each need a separate subscription and landing page.
You will be sent an invoice upon singing up and it can be set to automatically recur.
Contact us and we can organise the setup and change your plan. If you are switching from yearly to monthly, you will have to wait until the end of your yearly subscription to switch.

Sure. If you pay yearly then your subscription will remain active until the end of that period. If you pay monthly then your subscription will remain active until the end of the 30-day billing cycle.
Make sure you are 100% sure about cancelling as all menu information will be deleted upon cancellation. If you are, then head over to https://dietarymenu.com/cancellation, submit the cancellation form and we will be in touch.
After submitting your sign up form, our onboarding team will get your account and menu setup. You will then receive a welcome email with a payment link.
